Craig Decker
Craig has extensive C-level experience with a background in telecommunications. An expert in GTM development and delivery, Craig has helped many organisations develop and grow their sales pipelines. Whilst at CISCO Craig grew the Collaboration – Cloud and Hosted arm to a just under $1bn per annum business
Norm Thomas
Norm has been a senior Director of a number of companies and has a strong background in Technology. He has been delivering change through Digital transformation for over 25 years. He has been involved in several startups and oversaw the development of a small construction company that saw it triple its turnover in 3 years.
Who are we?
First conceived just prior to the Covid lockdown in the United Kingdom, Cormargin Consulting was formed in March 2020 by Managing Partners Craig Decker and Norm Thomas.
