Cormargin Consulting is a UK based consultancy with global expertise focusing on helping startups and operational early-stage companies to expand their business. We provide services in marketing, sales development & acceleration, digital transformation as well as product roadmap and operational resource review and alignment. Additionally, we are an investor – if we see something we believe in and are passionate about, then we are often prepared to put our money where our mouth is (see our Hothouse page for more information). Our focus is on UC/UX early stage organisations as well as technology startups with a particualr focus on AI, talent management and Project management

In our Hothouse workstream we not only provide organisations with GTM strategies, but we have also assisted in product development and testing as well as go live and segment milestone planning and execution and organisational review.

Who we are
First conceived just prior to the Covid lockdown in the United Kingdom, Cormargin Consulting was formed in March 2020 by Managing Partners Craig Decker and Norm Thomas. With years of global executive sales strategy development and execution, coupled with global project, process and transformation delivery, they are well placed to provide you with not just an extensive pipeline of potential new customers but also the tools to plan, develop, execute and track your ongoing success. In 2024 Cormargin added Mark Purdom to the organisation bringing significant skills and experience in marketing, contact centre and artificial intelligence in Customer Experience solutions
